Template for convenience only, not legal advice. Have a lawyer review anything you rely on, especially consumer-credit rules if you charge interest or late fees.

A signed PDF documents the plan but doesn't collect it. Payment 2 still depends on your client opening an invoice, so pair the agreement with a checkout that saves the card and auto-bills the schedule.
Why this generator

A payment plan agreement your client can actually sign

Fill in the deal, get a clean agreement with the full installment schedule written in. Copy it, print it, or attach it to your proposal.

When a client pays over time, an informal email arrangement is not enough. This generator turns a deposit, an installment count, and a few clause choices into a written agreement both sides can sign: the parties, the total fee, a dated payment schedule, optional late-fee and service-suspension clauses, and the governing law.

A signed PDF documents the plan but does not collect it. Pair the agreement with an Offry offer, where the client signs by paying the deposit on the call, the card is saved, and every installment auto-charges on schedule with retries and reminders when a card fails.

Make the schedule self-enforcing

Send this same plan as an Offry offer: the client signs by paying the deposit, the card is saved, and every installment is charged automatically, with reminders and retries when one fails.
