One flat fee.
Only on what clears.
The 3.5% is deducted automatically as a platform application fee when a payment clears. Failed payments, refunds, and chargebacks don't cost you a thing.
Everything.
No upsells.
Every Offry account gets every feature. Pricing tiers will gate seats and volume, not capabilities.
Do I need my own Stripe account?
Yes. Offry is a Stripe layer: payouts, tax, refunds, and compliance run through your own Stripe account. We never hold your funds. If you don't have one, signup walks you through connecting (or creating) a Stripe account in a few minutes.
How does the 3.5% fee actually work?
It's a flat platform fee applied only when a customer's payment actually clears in your Stripe. If a deposit fails, is refunded, or a customer never pays, you owe nothing. The fee is deducted automatically as a Stripe application fee, so you don't get a separate Offry invoice. Stripe's own processing fee (typically 2.9% + 30¢) is separate and goes to Stripe.
Are there setup fees, seat fees, or monthly minimums?
No. During beta, Offry is $0/month with no setup fee, no per-seat fee, and no monthly minimum. Paid tiers will roll out after beta with team seats and a lower collected-revenue percentage. Beta users keep their pricing locked.
What happens if a customer charges back or refunds?
Chargebacks and refunds run through your Stripe account like any other transaction. Offry isn't in the middle. Because the platform fee is only charged when a payment clears, refunded amounts and successful chargebacks reduce the fee proportionally per Stripe's standard application-fee refund behavior.
What happens to my data and customers if I leave?
Your Stripe account, customer relationships, and payment history belong to you. Offry sits on top, not in front. If you stop using Offry, your customers' existing payment schedules keep running, and you can export offer history at any time.
Is there an offer or volume limit?
No. The beta tier includes unlimited offers, unlimited prospects, and unlimited collected revenue. The 3.5% fee scales linearly with what you collect. No cliffs, no quotas.
Can I bring a team?
Yes. Team logins and roles are available on every tier, including the free beta. There's no per-seat fee at any tier. The paid tiers add team-level features like revenue attribution per teammate (Agency), not access to teams themselves.
What discount strategies are supported?
Offry ships with five built-in conditional discount strategies you can apply to any offer: Early Bird, High-Volume, Timing-Based, Fewer Installments, and Flat. Each one runs a small rules engine over the offer's deposit, balance start, installment count, and pay-in-full status. Strategies are available on every tier, including the free beta. Custom rule-builder UI is on the roadmap.
Which payment methods does Offry support?
Offry surfaces Card, Link, ACH (us_bank_account), SEPA, Bacs, Cash App, iDEAL, Revolut Pay, Klarna, Affirm, and Afterpay, based on the capabilities you've activated in your connected payments account. You don't configure methods inside Offry; the portal lists whatever you've enabled.
Do you have webhooks?
Yes. Outbound webhooks fire for nine offer and payment events: offer.created, offer.deposit_paid, offer.installment_paid, offer.completed, offer.expired, offer.cancelled, offer.refunded, offer.delinquent, and installment.refunded. Delivery is backed by Hookdeck for retries, with per-endpoint signing secrets and rotation. Webhooks are available on every tier, including the free beta. A public REST API is not yet available.
